Freeze Dried Ice Cream

Wonderful treat that costs almost nothing

Ingredients

24 Frozen Ice Cream Bars
2 Gallon Mylar or Plastic Bags
6 Silicon Bead absorbers
6 Oxygen absorbers

Instructions

Leave ice cream bars in freezer for at least 24 hours

This recipe is pretty simple and you should be able to use the default settings on your freeze dryer. Lay out ice cream bars on the tray, leaving about 1/2 - 1 inch between them for the fastest freeze drying time
