wash and rinse all veggies before beginning. Cut all the tips and tops off the jalapenos leaving just the center. Make sure to wear gloves since the capsaicin will transfer to your skin pretty easy and cause lasting burning sensations.
Cut the center section of the jalapenos into 1/4 inch slices (bigger if your looking for a bit more bite. Lay out the jalapeno slices in the tray and put them in the freezer or you can just put them in the freezer dryer as is if your machine allows for pre-frozen food.
This is a really easy recipe that requires little to no special care. You can stack the jalapenos up to 2 Alice's high without any issues.
